Dear AEEF members,

As most of you know, management has introduced a set of new and revised policies covering the use of electronic communications equipment, software and systems at WGBH.  The union was not provided with any prior notice of these changes/revisions to Foundation policy and is presently studying them and their potential impact  on our contractual and legal rights.

In the meantime, we have advised management that members who sign their acceptance of the policies are doing so under duress and that the union reserves all rights on their behalf regarding the implementation of the policies.

We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
