Thank you for visiting AEEF.org, the website for AEEF-CWA Local 1300 the union representing approximately 300 professional, creative, technical, and administrative employees of the WGBH Educational Foundation. Despite our best efforts to work in partnership with WGBH management to secure a fair contract through the collective bargaining process, WGBH walked away from the bargaining table, imposed the terms of their final offer—despite being overwhelmingly rejected by our members—and has refused to resume negotiations any further. AEEF remains committed to resuming the collective bargaining process in order to achieve a contract which balances the flexibility management seeks with the income and job security WGBH employees need and deserve.
